SERIES:
For clarification on becoming a permanent:
She moves to the permanents section. She cannot be targeted by CC. She can be targeted by PC. It works like Animate Weapon: No buffs are transferred, if there is no space, she is destroyed.

This also fulfills the niche of a midrange attacker for :time.

So by "affected normally by spells that target permanents" you mean "can be targeted as a permanent", right?

If you turn Rosetta(upped) into a permanent, does its skill change to "Rosetta becomes a creature"? If not, then I think that there isn't really a reason to turn it into a permanent...

Also, I think the unupped version could use the stats of the upped version (5 :time, 6|4) because as of now, it has the same cost/attack as mummy, but it's much easier to take Rosetta off the field with a 2 :fire Deflagration, a 3 :entropy Destroy, a 3 :gravity Destroy, or a 4 :darkness Steal.

There's a small discrepancy between the card and table.  The unupgraded card is called "Rossetta" but the table says Galatea.

Pretty much this. Otherwise, I love the reworking of this card, and I hope that you make the changes soon despite it being in the middle of the holiday season. ^^;

Thanks, I copied and pasted the original at first and then edited that. Fixed it.

I thought about this for a while but I decided to keep it the same - :time imo has a better ability to get more quanta than :death, with sundials and hourglasses to stall and get more pillars out. This can also mean :time and :earth synergy without using Graboid (EA will function as quint)

Thanks for the comments, I appreciate it.

EA is really the only reason you'd want your own creature to be targetable as a permanent - everything else is hostile.  :time :earth is a decent combo for this with EA-"quint," but otherwise the mechanic works against you.

That said, this does a good job of being a mid-range attacker for :time , which is clearly not supposed to be a power-creature element.  (Unlike the original's :earth element, which clearly is.)  I like this.
If something happens and you think it deserves my attention, feel free to PM me. Other than that, I'm probably here if you want to shoot the breeze.

Except for Silurian Dragon, which is way up there... but yeah, this card does have about the same cost-attack ratio as Silurian.
