i can remember something like this in the past (the only difference it was a "duo" card, maybe entropy weapon with death ability, not totally sure but it was a little bit more powerful)
the problem is:
i play arsenic 2 turns, u get 2 poison damage forever (except purify), then u destroy my arsenic
i play another arsenic, u now have 3 poison damage, and so on, i don't draw the second arsenic, u still keep 2 damage
i play this card, i sacrifice a creature (a recluse for example), i deal 6+3 damage, then this card is destroyed: not only i lost a recluse, i also lost the "boost" forever, at that point i need to draw another copy (dealing no damages), play it, sacrifice another card etc
a potential combo with bw + graveyard + this seems cool, but other than this 3 cards u need another creature for starting the combo
the concept is cool, but it is impossible to not compare it to arsenic, even if it can be more powerful (maybe even be able to okho your opponent in one blow)
