* New card idea but old name (it still doesn't fit but my first priority now was the card idea since a name can be changed in no time)

New Edit after curator review:
* The cost for upgraded and non-upgraded are now equal (and also the chance for creatures to get an active skill)
* Image text and table text are now equal

OMG! So many people are using the same card art in a few days only! Sorry geldon, but you need to change the card art, so many people are using it already.

The reason so many people are using the same card art is because there's a competition going on...there's no need to change this art considering intention to enter the competition.

Nice idea, but the wording on the card is a bit unclear.

Oh, a new card art winning competition is coming is it? Also, you can lower the cost by 1 quanta. However, I do erecommend it to be :time because it is theonly element that has this ability.

As it is, it won't really work in a community against forced discard. If I play it with an empty hand, and I get some cards from it, I've basically forced you to randomly discard some cards.

I recommend you change it so that both players end up with the same number of cards.

I basically thought about a higher quantum cost because as it is now, the card can steal a random number of your opponents cards, when your hand is empty (just as QuantumT says). It was just the first idea that came into my mind but it still needs a complete rework.
So I have 2 ideas about changing:

1. The element will be :aether and if you play the card, up to 3 random creatures from your side change the position with the same number of random creatures on the opponents side.

2. Trade up to 3 hand cards with your opponent.

What would you like more? The card as it is or one of the 2 other suggestions?

I like the shuffling cards around idea, but it probably won't go over well. Even shuffling the same number of cards is basically like discard to mono/duo decks.

I'm not sure if any of your ideas would really work.

1) seems like it would be OP against a lot of decks, I play 3 terrible creatures and swap them with yours. Since it's also an aether card, imagine what that would be like in RoL/Hope decks.

2) runs into the same problem I mentioned at the beginning of my post.

OK, here is a new idea:

unupgraded:

cost: 8
text: All creatures have a chance of 25% to get a skill

upgraded:

cost: 10
text: All your creatures have a chance of 20% to get a skill

How is that? OK? Needs improvement (I'm sure it does)? Not working at all?
This idea just came into my head 5 minutes ago so I didn't think about possible constellations yet... my alarm clock will wake me up in 4 hours so tomorrow might be a better time...

...should be:

"All creatures have a 25% chance to get an active skill."


Remember: the card Text MUST match the card image word for word, punctuation symbol for punctuation symbol, letter for letter for it to be approved. ^^; Try to fix this A.S.A.P, okay Geldon?




On the card itself; I'd say that 8 generic quanta is a decent number for both versions, but I see what you're doing here in regards to the idea of having the effect limited to one person (like Pandemonium).

I forgot to change the text in the image before and then copied the wrong text but now it should be the same for the image and the table.
Also thx for the card cost advice. I changed that as well ;)

To keep the link candidates thread clean, I will just answer here and hope this is ok.

No problem! :)

On another note, you still need to fix the upgraded card's 'Cost' in the table (it needs to read '8' instead of '10' for the 'Cost' section).

the art of this card is altered by more than just the hue bar, which is not permissible for this contest.  if it were allowed, i would have done much more as well.
