I was thinking that it was too strong, but then I remembered Antimatter, and it seemed a lot more balanced to me.

The card seems to fit with the general theme of light. Now it just needs to be decided whether light should be given creature control.

Holy Light|Holy Flash is CC kinda, light does need CC, at least some sort.

-Remove the icon out of the 'Element' section of the table (Just have 'Light' there, not 'Light ')
-Leave the ATK|HP section of the table blank if the card is not a creature (n/a isn't appropriate)
-Put your name in the 'Idea' section of the bottom table
