This spell causes any damage dealt by:
Sparks / ball lightning, Shockwaves, Thunderstorms, and Lightning Bolts, and shock lances
to add 1 shock lance to your hand the next time you draw a card.
E.g. if you cast this plus 3 sparks, you will gain 3 shock lances next turn.
The shock lance puts a buff on anything it targets. This buff stacks with successive applications. Each buff in the stack will increase the damage dealt by any of the electrical or sonic attacks above (shock lances included) by 1. Thus if you cast 2 shock lances on something, it will take an additional 2 damage from any of the listed electrical or sonic attacks for 2 turns.
How the card(s) exemplify my Profile "OdinVanguard":
A Vanguard, is a military formation that marches at the front of an army. This card's flurry of electrical vengeance will serve as the leading strike against your foes, and will open the way for your armies. A vanguard of lightning.
This card also exemplifies the leading front of Odin’s military might in battle.
It is a metaphor for Odin’s son Thor, god of lightning. Just as Odin gave rise to Thor, who would serve as an instrument of wrath through deadly strength and might, this spell gives rise to its own electrical furry. It will amplify your electrical attacks, multiplying singular attacks into a flurry of deadly electricity. Thus, just as Thor’s lightning was an extension of his wrath and thereby his father’s, so too will the mystical lightning generated by this spell become an extension of yours.
