An interesting idea! I love the theme behind this.

You might want to change the name of the unupped/upped version so they're different-- all the cards in the game which have different effects for upped and unupped use different names, like nova and supernova or chaos seed and chaos power. It's fine to keep it as is though, just my personal gripe.
