too underpowered considering Twin Universe creates a copy instantly and with any additional buff/debuff on the targeted creature
if the 'enchantment' stays indefinitely (create a copy every time your opponent play subsequent copy as long as the enchanted remains in play), that would be something else but as a one time thing, too underpowered imo

Ooh, true, I forgot about TU. Maybe I will remove the one-time-use thing and up the price then.

Alright, upped the cost a bit and made it permanent. Decided to make it single target only like Gravity Pull to try and keep it balanced.

Hmm, more I think about it perhaps you're right. I had thought it would be too easy to abuse, but at this price it shouldn't be too bad.
