Click to remove is actually a better upgrade then cost reduction.
This is very debatable.

The thing that puts this over the edge, for cost reduction being the better upgrade aspect is it turns from 4 supernovas to power it (meaning its an unreliable quanta basis) to 3. Pack in 3 braveries, 5 supernovas, and 2 life towers and this card will be able to get out on a cosistant basis.

Or an immo deck with 6 fire pendalums, life mark and a 4 minor pheonixes and 2 rustler split as fodder.

So, you would use this in a Supernova deck, Crockett?
That's interesting.
In fact, a partly upped rainbow, with the supernovas being upgraded?

And you'd use it in an immorush?
Curiously fun, but go on.

If you can give me a rough draft of a supernova deck using these, and an immo rush using these, as well as explaining the advantage of doing so, that would be quite interesting, actually.

Because, the mark doesn't seem too relevant in a supernova deck, and if you're using SoBra in both, then the card draw seems rather irrelevant. And the healing seems a little annoying too, although, technically, it doesn't actually do anything in a rush. Well, it does - it makes you have to deal an extra 10 damage, but so does your opponent, so it all balances out.

But the reason why click to remove is the better upgrade, is control.
If your opponent is getting too strong because of it, you can neuter thier power by removing it.
If you're about to deck out, you delay it by removing it.

It helps both players. The trick to this card is to get more out of it than they do. on paper, it's a really symmetrical card - It helps both players equally. But, through techniques such as using stalls, deckout decks, not playing as much, you can manipulate how much this card helps you and the opponent.

If they're getting more out of it, it hurts them more than it hurts you to remove it, right?

Still think it's a bit too strong in OTK decks where you want to draw all your cards, or "aggressive stalls" whose win conditions include making the opponent deck out. 10 healing per turn is just too good, even if the cost is that high.

I'd also definitely consider teching 1 copy this into a tower snovabow, or a psnbow with braveries, solely because the card greatly escalates the innate hand/quanta advantage and board advantage of those decks. Similarly for immorushes, though it sounds difficult to perfect the quanta of a life-fire immorush without sacrificing too much damage (in terms of total creature ATK and additional enemy healing). Not sure about making it the focus of a rainbow deck, though, as Crockett suggested.

On to the power of "click to remove":
I think that this ability should be valued much higher than a quanta drop from 6 to 5 or even a quanta drop from 5 to 4 (the old version) solely based on the new decks it can produce. This mechanic allows Festivity to find new niches in the meta as the only HP/turn card that can stop healing (hi Shard of Sacrifice) while bringing its power closer to Hourglass (free Hasten per turn, and then you can stop whenever you want). Basically, the aforementioned decks include HP/turn SoSac stall (spam Festivities, draw SoSacs, when you start chaining SoSacs destroy all Festivities) and 0-Hourglass OTK decks (before you would have to draw the rest of your deck with Hourglasses the turn before Festivity would deck you out).

Finally, a fun fact is that this will probably bring back 60-card Dimensional Shield decks. :D
