For Lionheart

Deck restriction is to prevent putting 6 copies in your deck and running a 24 card deck, that still can be done with 28 cards, but it's less impactful. A last-gasp type effect to match well with Lionheart's infamous drawpower, and setting opponents on a timer. It's a predictable card and doesn't change Lionheart's gameplan, but suits him well as a fierce brave warrior.

Should probably say "when you play this card from your hand put another phase twin from your deck into play if able", as you never want it to summon more than one. And it is overpowered. Compare Gotp. -1|-1 for a really high chance to cast PU on itself (sure before you can buff it and stuff, but still). Also, free spell dmg. Balance point for this would probably be 5 atk keeping everything else the same (except using my text). Edit: for player decks that get the effect off basically every time and may benefit from the fact that this summons 2 for 1 (harder to cc, especially rt does poorly against it at first, until it suddenly works pretty well), both of which do spell dmg, 2 4|3s are more than good enough. Might even be relevant for sop, though it is a bit big to want to stop it from attacking.

The card is OP, yes, but it is exclusively for the FG's deck. If this were a collectable card, then for sure it would be mind numbingly OP and I would drastically reduce its power, but I am interpreting the rules as to be uncollectable, and a 1 of in an FG deck, which makes this much more considerable

I commented on yours for powerlevel rather than the others because you stated that it might be underpowered (perhaps sarcastically?). I still think that these cards should be at least remotely balanced (tendency to above the powercurve is ok), since all fgs so far still use normal cards, even if they have set precedents that they dont care much for rules. Besides, its fun to think about how cards would work in normal gameplay, even if they arent meant to be accesible for it, making them nobrainer staples takes a bit away from that. I dont see the appeal of making this card overpowered (by that much) in every situation except when both end up in the opening hand, its powerlvl doesnt really matter for the theme. Finally its just frustrating to loose to an clearly overpowered card, extra salt added if it had a low chance of being drawn and you just have to pray to rng that they dont draw it.

It certainly fits Gemini, though the low HP is a little uncharacteristic for :aether. I tend to think of something more durable for most archetypical aether creatures-- the ones that aren't tiny sparks or spiders, anyways.

Perhaps underpowered, I considered giving it 9/3 stats but the burst damage from that was super high. This is assuming the "1 of" rule stays in place. If it doesn't, then just try to assume that this is a 1 of anyway~

This doesn't attempt to fix any kind of holes that Gem has, it's pure flavour
