This seems to be on the slightly OP side.

Comparing Deformed Witch with Fallen Elf, you get doubled stats and a mono costing skill instead of a duo for only an additional two .
Abstracted Witch costs the same as Fallen Druid, but has again double stats and an ability that is the same other than the fact you don't need other quanta to use.

tl;dr, make both cost 6 and give it a stat reduction. Otherwise, nice job. :D

If your are going to have something that does the same as Druids, I'd suggest giving it a different niche:
Mono casting cost is a big plus. Why not make it a really low strength like 1/2 with the ability costing less in the upped? That way you can run BE easilly.
