This seems like it could be OP for rushes, particularly PSN bows. I throw out my pendulums, play out my hand, then drop this. Almost all attempts to stop my rush will be worthless, and a PSN could reliably drop this turn 2 (requiring starting with 2 pends.), and by the time the spell wore off, you'd be dead.

I think keeping it at 50% even is really, really strong but 80% is just too high.

Seems like a tricky thing to time correctly (assuming you can see which spells your opponent has, hint hint), but since Weapon, permanent, and creature abilities aren't 'dazzled', you can still rewind enemy creatures with Eternity or destroy these permanents with Pulverizer.

Nice shade of pink for the card idea as well. ;)

Nice card. I like it. It would make a great anti-rush card, preventing both Supernova and Cremation (seeing that there hv been so many PSNbows lately), effectively slowing your opponent down 2 turns.
