It's main ability is to remove poison, and deal damage equivalent to twice the number of poison counters on the target, acting as a counter for poison and offense. With the consumption on the targeted weapon, Conflagration can act as a niche CC card in emergencies. Linking Conflagration to our cards: Shard of Bravery - This card focuses on getting out cards as quickly as possible. With decks such as Speed Poison Kamikaze, Cauterize can act as a finishing blow after being applied. It also shares the element and card type with Conflagration. Flooding - By applying Congflagration to a weapon, that weapon now consumes quanta at the end of each turn, and will be destroyed if the cost is not paid at the end of each turn, thus mimicking the mechanic of Flooding. So you need to target something for cauterize to work. The notes are sounding vague to me. Is it for creatures, players, how does it work? Attacking my opponent with the weapon removes poison?

Also, the conection with bravery seems a bit of a stretch to me.

So would I able to do the following?

Play an arsenic to poison my opponent for a while, once the poison is sufficient and I have acumulated some fire quanta I cast conflagration on my arsenic, use cauterize on my opponent and switch to a farenheit (on the same turn)?

I agree with adrenatimpa that linking this to SoB is a stretch because there is no draw power. Shard of bravery isnt all about getting cards out quickly, no, thats what you need to do to make shard of bravery effective in a deck, SoB is about gathering more cards for obstacles to throw at your opponent. Because SoB is about gathering cards, it makes it quite useful for deck out decks, and allows 30 card decks to be deck out decks beyond 50/50 chances, also allows for a way past the looping photons with an eternity trick too!

Here is the first sentence in your notes about shard of bravery.

Shard of Bravery - This card focuses on getting out cards as quickly as possible.

I was talking about gathering cards that are intended to be obstacles for your opponent. After your first sentence you THEN went on to talk about poison. I figured the poison thing was a side note off the idea of your lead sentence.

To clarify, I meant to say that I meant Poisons in my first statement, not that I had stated it.

Okay my reasoning that you could do it all on the same turn is that this is what happens with BE, improve and mitosis (if the creature didn't have a skill that was used in the same turn you give it a new skill, then it can use the skill right away). You could make this clearer by adding in the notes that conflagration gives your weapon summoning sickness.
