The Idea Factory requests help designing a mark for Mind

The Idea Factory is designing a 13th element series based on a hypothetical Mind element. We have decided that we want an Eye with a Labyrinth incorporated into the image. Remember this is for a Mark so it will have to look good both up close and as a quanta symbol.

Here is an example (we can't use this)


Also if each artist that helps would provide a few different colorations (somewhere in the Blue-Purple-Pink range we think) that would be appreciated.
If we receive more than 1 submission the Idea Factory will vote to determine which is used.

How exactly was the example created? With that tool available and accessible more people will jump on the help wagon. ^_^

This is a blank mark.

Download it. (Right click, Save Image As)

Then use Photoshop, if you have it, or if not http://pixlr.com/ is probably the next best thing.

The mark design itself should be self drawn. You can change the colour by using Adjust --> Hue/Saturation and hitting colourize.

That should help.

The quanta version is always the most disappointing. I'm going to try working on my symbol more so that the quanta version is ideal.

The only thing I don't really like, Hyroen, is the color pattern. Can you make one that is a little less... flashy? Light blue over purple makes my eyes cry a bit. But, the inside drawing is awesome.

i really like hyroen's design, i just wish the symbol was a little more distinct at the small size
