Hello, me and my friend XellusF have made some ideas for ALL elements,
however the art is still a problem due to copy right law, we would really appreciate if someone can donate some free, or cited artworks for these cards.

P.S. what sort of image are you looking for? I'm not really sure what "earth shinigami" means. (wouldn't a Shinigami be ?)

Needs to specify it attacks the opponent's creature.
"Attacks opponent's non-Shinigami creature with most HP before attacking opponent. Ignores burrow." Immaterials not being targeted is a given. It's still too long, am I right?
Why is it necessary that it ignores burrow? Why is it necessary that it doesn't attack Shinigamis?

Why not create a separate card called assault? The targeted creature can attack enemy creatures.

I dont see why its op, it attacks your own creatures too?
And the thing is: we were thinking that u could only have like 1 on the field at time, if you have 2 out, both dies.
