Eh, thats epic. But.. I still cant see a use for this card. Rainbows won't use it, and towers have lower quanta generation anyway. At most, it has some pretty pointless mind gate synergy, stealing pillars to generate more of your own quanta? 
Rainbows would use it. Haven't you ever been running a rainbow, and desperately needed that last
quanta, but had to wait 4 turns to get it because your towers only wanted to produce
and
quanta you don't need?
The other use I can think of is synergy with rustler. scramble your quanta to get
then make
from it to gain quanta.
Note however, that the
card in the cultist series has a very similar ability, and is current;y going through a major rework because they accidentally made an infinite quanta loop possible.
