Can anyone tell me how to change the size of a .png file?  Easily and for free?

Also, what size should the images be to be used on the cards?

Paint.Net, or any other image editing program. .png can be edited just like a .jpg can be.

Just google it. It's a good alternative to photoshop, not the best but it works. As for the card size, I haven't a clue really, I never measure it.

Image part of the cards in game is 128 x 128 (same size as that avatar of yours).

Card ideas on this forum are 200% of the original size, 256 x 256 (making the full size of the card itself 282px × 436px).
