new time mark card idea - Born Again

sorry if i have posted this in bad section ...

my first card idea without art, but i think that this card makes a sense:

Born Again:
un-upped: costs 1 time quanta and re-births a target creature to default state - eg removes all spell effects, heal/decreases life/attack if needed
upped: same as above but costs 1 of *any quanta

sounds like a really good card but slightly OP i think it should be 2 unupped and 1 upped because if its 1 random upped then it could be used in way to many situations and would be just generally better then any other card, but very good idea!

no problem with that but i'd like still keep that upped variantion should costs *any quanta

So its like a Rt/rewind but better o_O
I reckon you should increase cost to 3unupped and 2 upped

I know that. You still have to show what type this card is at least.

it would be cool if it was permanent. like a cost 3 to play. then its ability costed like 5. and the ability could be called restore.
