Well you've probably seen my shitty cat-turd I call art. If you havent, look at my "Raging fire | Burning Flame" card and its other card in the series "Whirlpool | Ocean's Depth". All the art I can do is basically GIMP effects and the SMUDGE tool. :|

I can do a bit more than that, but not much. Mine still looks pretty bad.
