A few things to keep in mind that could help you improve;

    Lineart should never be final. If during the painting process, you can expand on it, go for it! Some of the shapes seem a bit cramped as they are, they'd look a lot better when expanded or contracted a little. The wyrm's tail fin is a good example of this; the silhouette doesn't read very well.[/li] Try and paint more vividly. Right now, I'm actually going to guess you used smudge, dodge and burn. Using hard brushes at low opacity and overlapping colours will produce more smooth, uniform results. Think of traditional media.[/li] Take some time to study colour theory. The wyrm as an example; it has pretty streaky, vivid and clashing colours. A more uniform colour scheme would greatly benefit it.[/li] For Elements, keep a few things in mind. First of all, your image has to look good at 128x128 pixels. Don't overdo the detail, and exaggerate the main characteristics. Second, the backgrounds in Elements artwork come last, if at all. The more detail you put into it, the less striking it'll end up.[/li]
That said, you're well on your way. Try to throw in a good amount of studies, and your artwork should improve drastically. :)
So long and thanks for all the fish!

Wow, thank you a lot!
This is very good criticism you gave, and of course you got it right, i am using those tools. Since i am new to painting i am learning a lot of techniques and reading a lot of tutorials :)

Look like next one is color theory :D

I will try and study as much as i can ( i am a scientist, not an illustrator, i study all my life :D ).
That is the reason why i have chosen Elements to create and improve, to move myself and to start somewhere.

Feedback from pro is invaluable, so i will reflect upon your suggestions, and thank you again!

I love the wyrm. It looks like a painting that should go on a wall, not a 128x128 card image. Might be kind of scary on my wall though...

OK!
I have returned from vacation and jumped right at painting! With few tutorials and my trusty dying jerky mouse the outbreak is finally over!  This picture took waaay too much of my time and effort but i have learned that much more!

I'm certain someone can use the picture, as this could easily work for some sort of zombie/undead as well as for outbreak.

I think there's even a plague zombie card in the crucible right now . . .

:) Love your paintings. But I think that more outlining would help? Your art style is beautiful, but fits abstract pieces more, with everything blending in the way it does. The human pic looks a bit gross to me, elements may have to be bumped into a M17+ game for that kind of pics. xD

Im still struggling with techniques, so i haven't started to pay attention to composition as much yet but that will get better.

Hmm, plague zombie....
