Anyone with any knowledge of PS can do this, you just lower opacity of top layer.
And possibly use some filters. (Can also be done on GIMP or pixlr).
If you get too much interest for you too handle I can help.

I'm not actually using Opacity, I'm using Blending Modes and toying with contrast and stuff a bit.

As a result, they look a bit shinier than the original ones, but hey, that's not a bad thing :)

Also for people with requests, I can't do much more than 3 marks in one, MAYBE 4 but that's unlikely.

If I take too many together it starts to look a bit too busy.

It looks great!
Two things that could improve it if possible (I am photoshop illiterate):
Can the Dark mark be rotated counter clockwise so the upper right of the dark mark is more obvious?
Can the top be made darker and the bottom lighter? I like how it already does this but a greater change would be nicer IMHO.
