does zanz ask for it? do artists come up with an idea? do they listen to the populi?

Reverse Time is a bad example because that's not what happened. In that instance, zanz asked for a replacement image for Reverse Time due to a possible copyright issue with the old art, and I linked him to the art I made for the card idea Tick | Tock.
