How about a Crusader-style knight with a MASSIVE shield and no weapon. Only Blessing or Chaos Power would allow this to attack anyway.

momentum, too. Also,
any
single-target spell will target it, i.e. momentum, quint, fire bolt, but not unstable gas or RoF.
