i didn't know where else to ask this.

I have quite a few background art most of which came from http://www.babysbacks.com .
i have adjusted them to 256x256.
can i send them to someone in a zip file, or should i just put the images here?

No, and no.

On that website, there's a lot of imagery that isn't the author's. Some of the original artists I know wouldn't give permission for things like this due to the commercial nature of their work. Using imagery from this website should be considered a very bad idea.

Here are some of my vector works of the Elements 120x120 icons. They are all PSD documents, but break up each icon into basic parts(background gradient, dark outline, highlight, symbol) Along with pen paths, I believe. I'm still creating the rest of them, but here is my thread that has 8 done.

I'm fairly certain it is.  The daily free images you are allowed to use according to my interpretation of the license agreement, as well as the images you pay for.

some good photos to work with. You can get 'good' versions by paying, but free version at absolutely fine for this size. Only thing you have to do is credit artist:

"If you use a free version of an image you must acknowledge the image creator and FreeDigitalPhotos.net. This is mandatory and forms part of the user agreement. We insist on this because it is a fair way of rewarding the contributor who has kindly offered their work to you at no charge
If you purchase the image acknowledgement is optional."
