paint has decent resizing capabilities. i dotn see how resizing is a problem, if u need help just look for me in chat and ill do all the resizing u need

This will be a Tutorial of how to layer images with Pixlr.

There are 2 main styles of layering.
1. Putting a smaller image on a bigger image.
2. Putting the same size image together.

Putting a smaller image on a bigger image.
  • Open both images.
  • Select the smaller image
  • Press ctrl+A, then ctrl+C
  • Select the larger image
  • Press ctrl+V and adjust position of smaller layer
  • Save as new *.png
  • This is the result.

Putting the same size image together.
  • Open both images.
  • Select the desired top image
  • Press ctrl+A, then ctrl+C
  • Select the other image
  • Press ctrl+V and adjust Opacity of top layer
  • Save as new *.png
  • This is the result.
