The Gravity Basin was artificially created. There used to be just mountains, but maybe a meteorite or something slammed a big hole in the middle of the Magma and Earthen Mountains, creating the Gravity Basin. Or maybe someone just used a really powerful Gravity Force spell. It doesn't have anything in it because it isn't "natural".

Hey, nice work BS. With my limited wisdom I cannot see any flaws in this map at all. Now that all the regions are created, how about creating a capital city for each region? Like Forest stronghold for life, flaming fortress for fire, etc. Along with SG's idea of a wonder for each region would be cool.

Hmm... Maybe I can do that as my next project. Maybe I should do a larger version of each elemental region, and list the capital cities, wonders, etc...

Though it's going to take me some frustrations to crop the areas right. Magic Wand tool doesn't always work...

The forum automatically shrinks the image, so if you want to see a larger version, click the link below:

My friend finally redrew this for me. I still think it looks better without the black borders. At least the borders aren't rough and badly cropped anymore.

Just realised gravity basin looks mishaped if we're under the assumption a meteor hit it I'd imagine a smore circular shape like in previous versions also looking at the older picture (with outline) the outlines do look a bit poor (could do with being thicker) but I think it'd look better with sharp outlines rather than no outlines at all.

Well, the previous version of the Gravity Basin looked TOO circular... Meh, it wasn't a meteor hit, probably an uber Gravity Pull spell. After the crater was created, the Graviton people probably worked in the crater, made it larger, etc, which explains why the edges are misshaped.

I still think no outline is better. At least it makes me easier to use Magic Wand tool on it.

A natural, blending border would be fabulous. Yes, the elements are defined, but they can combine together in harmony. Just my opinion, though. No need to yell at me. :P

It doesn't look right like that thought it looks like someone has just drawn a few random shapes to try to make it look more believable which in the end makes it less believable, I think less is more in this case and maybe it's because there are too many random smooth curved edges to the area.
