Elements art class; any interest?

Unfortunately, vrt has an issue(s) in life that he must attend.  Don't worry though, we'll all figure out what's going to happen with this.

lack of time aside, why do we need council to start this?

We could start small and go from there with resources we have...

I think its worth a try, just something simple and basic, and i am wiling to help as much as i can.

All we need permission to start and since this is art forum i think we can do some art here

I wont let this wonderful idea go to waste if i can   8).

It think it is because about five members of Council either don't know they're Council Members or they are deliberately abstaining from every poll.

Council may or may not enroll new positions on the forum that may or may not involve this class that may or may not be related to Superman.

Can't you just vote on stuff and try to get a simple majority and keep working if they aren't responding? If you don't already have some bylaws for operation of the council that should probably something you guys make. Stuff like simple majority for _____, supermajority for certain issues or whatever.

I would love for this art class to happen though.
