Yes, this is a modified version of Zanz's Mark of Death.

I'm making a Legendary Creatures series, and this was supposed to be the art for the Death creature. I wanted to add something else, like a scythe, or a skeletal hand or something. I tried, and failed, so I decided to be lazy and just leave it like this...

Don't like the top of the skull, looks like it has a bad doo.
The Death skull of Zanz has a hyperexageration on the cheek bones to give a Viperish style.
Your's doesn't capture that and loses the definition of the peek because of the 3 pieces you used.
