Heres Xoned I did, I made it a darker forest with grey fog, It may be a bit too dark. Also did mine too, and I darkened that out and added a sunlight effect being blotched out behind the trees and the forest being dark. How about you use mine unupped and his upped? :D

I like the way I made Xoned's dark, and I like how I did the sun blotch out thing. His would work better upgraded, because his is darker, and mor ominous. Mine is lighter, but still dark and blotches out the sun. Makes sense, right?

I'm fine with collabing.

Love that idea.

Those images are pretty cool.  Can you make the mist "thicker" so as to obscure the trees more?  I want people to get the impression of fearing what they cannot see.
By "thicker" do you mean more mist or less more opaque mist?

Well, I suppose he meant Darker for one, and a bit thicker as in less opaque, mostly because he used the word 'obscure'. I think of 'obscure' as darken out, so Im guessing he meant - opaque and + darkness. It IS a  :darkness card, after all.

Its nice mist effects, just needs to be darker. Why not just go with the black mist I made for your art? :D
But yeah, 3 and 4 are a bit misty, and wtf happened to the trees in 4? Lolol. Oh well, it got a little bit..er...over-cartoonized? :D
I like 'em.

In 4 I clicked the "remove tones" button and it turned black and white. Realized it after I uploaded it...
I'm just waiting for Boingo to respong. In the meantime I'm bored and that's the result.
More images might be coming.

I just changed the mist colour in that one. I didn't want to darken the trees much.

@Xoned & zac333

These are great.  These are really great.  Is there any way to get the greenish hue to a more blue tone?  I'm looking at cards like siphon life and nightfall and they have the black and blue combo.  If not, no big deal.

By "thicker" do you mean more mist or less more opaque mist?
More mist, definitely.  It is a :darkness card, so a night time/twilight feel is appropriate, but the mist itself doesn't have to be black, it just has to blot out more of whatever is behind it.
