Art and copyright

Sometimes you find good images on the web, but you can't be sure who made them and if its okay to use them as graphics for a card. Is there a policy on this? Has Zanzarino said anything about this? If I or someone said that a third party is okay with using some art is that enough or how does it work?

For a mock-up card, this forum tolerates third party image use. For the actual game; only original artwork unless you have written permission from the author.
