I wonder why nobody has posted this, but Kongregate has some amazing arts, as well as artists.
You will need to ask for their (the artist) permission to use the art, but most of them are not really professional artists, so they generally say sure.

His Naruto art is excellent. I never knew you could find good artists in kongregate. I need to keep an eye out when i am at kongregate from now on.  ;)
