I just played AI5 and on the second spin I got 3 Owl's Eyes but it paused and then kept spinning and didn't show the card on the left. I went to my deck afterwards and it never gave it to me.

One or two of those Owl's Eye's were upgraded. Therefor, they weren't three of the same card. Make sure their all either do, or do not have a little triangle on them in the lower left corner.

Oh interesting, I actually never thought of that. Thanks for the quick reply and explanation. Maybe I should stop spinning all and do one at a time and pay attention.

I as well have spun and gotten three of the same without winning a card on more than one occasion. It even rang as if I won the card and then when I looked it wasn't there. To restate, it's happened more than once.
