Shrieker + Quintessence bug [unconfirmed]

I played against Seism and i draw from him one Graboid with Mindgate. I played out Graboid and next turn when i evolve it, quinted him. Next turn i burrowed the shrieker, and in a next turn evolve it again. The quinted icon was on the creature, but Seism rewinded him to my deck... sry, i don't made a screenshot, because i was so surprised
Anyone see this until yet?

Yes, this is known, it's because being burrowed is treated as the same immortality, and unburrowing removes this immortality.
