With all that war ruckus about voodoo being bugged I thought it would make sense to make a formal report on it with evidence no?
The damage done to the voodoo is mirrored right away according to the owner of the doll, the other side however, only receives the damage after the owner of the voodoo has ended his turn! With Bonds this allows you to escape a defeat you should not have escaped. Here are 3 screenshots taken while me and myself were testing it out together:

Note the difference between the two screens in hp!(http://imageplay.net/img/m7Gbd107122/Pull7.jpg) (http://imageplay.net/)

that is exactly what happend to me during Round 1 (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,15562.msg213258#msg213258) of the 12 Lives Event
not accusing my opponent of anything since doll.dec was a hard counter to my deck anyway and pretty sure both of us didnt know about the bug then but i thought dolls were supposed to act that way (never did try dolls.dec myself before that)

Yep... I had no idea. Very interesting....

I've found that when you add in healing based on creatures attacking (vampire and emphatic bonds), the issues become even worse
I've also seen things like the owner of the voodoo doll's weapon becoming delayed.
*sigh* if only this had been brought up earlier...

This happened in the game before with Vampires and Devourers, I'm not sure why. Maybe the Vamps were healing? I didn't get a screenshot.
Anyway, if Empathic Bond is in play, a gravity pulled Voodoo doll no longer does damage to the opponent (which makes it pretty worthless). I don't imagine this is intended. Screenshot below.
EDIT: Just saw QuantumT's post. Regardless, screenshot below confirms the Empathic Bond issue.
With how bugged they are, I honestly wish Voodoo Dolls would just be removed from the game Immediately and added again at a later date. Or, to preserve people's upgraded cards if that were an issue, I wish it were just switched to a null card that did nothing so people wouldn't use it, until it is fixed. Right now, it's almost useless.

Second EDIT: This is not a PVP issue, the Empathic Bond. It happens in AI battles as well.

From my tests the Empathic Bonds seemed to work just fine, they instantly make up for the inflicted damage, but that is intended behavior (why would voodoo negate the effect of bonds?), the only reason it messes things up in pvp is because of the bug mentioned in the OP: one side registers damage and healing at the same time, while the other side sees healing first, and damage later.

The intended effect is that the bond's 1 healing occurs and negates all damage caused by the creature? I was assuming the intended effect would be that both would count, and so a 4 attack creature attacking a GP'd Voodoo with one Bond in effect would register -4 +1 to the attacker, for a net of -3 HP. Only the +1 registers, though (as shown above in my screenshot). If this is intended, then my screenshot does not demonstrate a bug. I had the same thing happen in T50, although I don't have a screenshot of it.

As listed in the OP the damage occurs later, but the +1 from the Bond is exactly as and when it was expected.
So Bonds are not a special case.
Though the screenshot shows something I've yet to see, the damage was usually only delayed for the opposing side, so this shouldn't make sense :o (I needed to pay closer attention >_<)
I had never seen this stuff happen against Ferox, Fire Queen or Elidnis.
