I was playing around with Jangoo's Voodoo Doll deck, and when I was playing Neptune, I waited until I had 6HP left, then I played my Voodoo Doll and all put all my Basilisk Bloods on it, and then put a gravity pull. Odd thing was, when I put the Basilisk Blood on, his Owl Eye was in stasis along with my Voodoo doll, but it still attacked. The weapons can use their skills as well, as when I was facing Dream Catcher later, his Discord, in stasis, attacked me AND rearranged my quantum. I'm not sure if it's just me or not, but I will try more times to see.
