Very odd arena problem today

In the arena today (platinum; haven't tried others) every time I lose, the game is automatically rematching me against the same deck without my asking if I want to play again.  In addition, the deck size of the opponent is carried over from the previous game.  I haven't seen this before, but it's happening consistently to me.

Indirect proof:  I conceded several games in a row to get this turn 0 screenshot, and I found an additional error; none of the quits gave this guy any wins.  (note: I am -not- accusing this person of cheating, this was simply the first deck that came up when I clicked on bronze to set up this screenshot; it's happening every time, no matter who the opponent is)

I can confirm that, happened twice to me in the past, but no screeny.
It connects to the same deck, same player. Most likely connection error.
