Vampire Stiletto is not a ranged weapon.

As far as I know, Owl's Eye is the only ranged weapon thus far. Despite this, my Vampire Stiletto that was in my weapon slot hit past Wings that a Half-Blood played. All the flying ones naturally did the same, but the one in my weapon slot is not ranged or airborne. If this is an update, it's rather weird but, with no way of knowing, I'll report this anyway.

No.  Unless it's Owl's/Eagle's or Short/Longbow it shouldn't hit through wings.

BTW, I think this is fixed now, since I can't reproduce it.  Or its part of the Titan bug.
