Email Zanz: game.elements@gmail.com and be patient.
Just wait in [urlhttp://elementscommunity.org/chat/blab.php]chat[/url] till Zanz comes and talk to him directly. Not recommended if you want it fast.

And about the rares, yes it's suggested to keep them, in case you want to make other decks. You might also collect 12 of them (not just 6. At first i sold all but 6 rares because i thought i won't ever play upped decks, but i was wrong)
