Upgrades not working-sancturay [unconfirmed]

Ok I'm new to this, so not really sure this is the right place to be posting, but...


I upgraded a 'Sancutary' card a week ago for 1500 coins, and when I logged in the next day, I found the card un-upgraded in my deck, but with 1500 not returned.
So basically I paid the coins I needed to upgrade the card, but I didn't receive the upgraded card. However, I thought that maybe I had just made a mistake, so I built up my coins once again, and upgraded the 'Sanctuary' card today. When I logged into the game at a later time however, I found that the same thing had happened. In total 3000 coins have just paid for nothing.

So....any help or ideas?

Oh and I emailed the address it tells you to, on the menu, but nobody got back to me!

Did you added the upped sanctuary in to your deck ?

Yep, both times I put the upgraded Sanctuary into my deck. I already had 4 upgraded Sanctuary's in my deck, so it's basically whenever I add a 5th one, it reverts back to its un-upgraded state.

Can you make a screen shot where we see all your light cards ?

a) Are you playing in PvP1? This will automatically downgrade your cards
b) Are you playing on multiple computers? This will reset progress.

So, once again, I got 1500 coins, took the Sanctuary out of my deck, went to the menu, upgraded it, put the now upgraded Sanctuary back into my deck, went back to the menu, and then left Elements. When I next logged in, I was 1500 coins down, and my Sanctuary had reverted back to its un-upgraded state, in my deck. And this all happened twice.

And to bogtro:
-Nope, I was just farming lv3's (for a farenheit), and sometimes lv4's
-Nope, I play on one computer only

Maybe if you left elements just after uppgrading it, the game didn't had the time to save, hence you don't have your uppgraded card but the electrum count was saved..

That's very weird anyway..

Nope I'm not sure that's it. I've had bad experiences for that in the past, and  always make sure the little green box says it has saved before I log out. *Maybe* it happened the first time, but definately not the second time, when I made sure everything was perfect before I logged out.

So, any other ideas?

Maybe this is one of those bugs, which only happens once in 1000 cases.
One thing special in your picture is, that your card vault is empty.

Yep I sell any cards that won't really help with my deck. I had a few Pharoahs, Druid Staffs, Owls Eyes etc, but I really just want 1 more Fahrenheit. I sell any cards I don't need for my deck to raise money for upgrades. Do you reckon there is anyone I can speak to, to maybe get my money back, or my upgraded Sanctuary's back?

Well, if it's just like you said, you can maybe talk to Zanz and explain Everything. Be it via email, forum PM, or chat.
 If it's a bug, you will likely got a refund.

Also I recommand you to not sell the rare cards you win unless you have 12
