Upgraded Card Vainished?

I just upgraded a Fallen Elf into a Fallen Druid, but when I looked at my cards it wasn't there (I already have two, this was the third), and I didn't seem to have the money as if I'd accidentally sold it, so I guess it just vanished?

Was there a glowing red button that said "Disconnected" on the top left of your screen? If so, you weren't connected to the game, and so the servers didn't pick up the fact that you upgraded your card.

Please pay close attention to your connectivity status -- if I recall correctly, electrum and cards lost due to being disconnected are generally not refundable.

I guess its possible, but I can't say for sure as I wasn't looking. I don't recall having any problems with that before.  That doesn't sound like it, though, is there any way to contact someone about it?
