Triple on Spin and no reward [unconfirmed]

It has happened a couple of times on AI5 now when playing on Kongregate (don't know if it's a different setup from the main game url). I get three on a spin at the end of a match and there's absolutely no response from the system. No 5 coins or a card popping up beside the spinner. From the shading of the images on the spinner windows it looks as if they are upped cards, but since it doesn't pop up and say I've won it, I can't tell for sure. I have won some un-upped cards on a tripple and generally it responds to doubles otherwise.

Couldn't get a screenshot in time because the spins go by so fast.

I think this problem is not a bug. It's possible that you received a mixture of upped and unupped cards in the spin. Example: Minor Phoenix, Phoenix, Phoenix.

This has happened to me before, especially with Blessing (the triangle is hidden in the whiteness).

This may or may not be a new bug, but I think it is not a bug.

I've received no new cards when this happens in my deck manager. As I said, nothing happens. No 5 coin increase. No card popping up in the side to indicate a win. Nothing. Just moves on to the next spin as if nothing has happened.

Triangle indicates an upped card.  If you roll upped Phoenix, unupped Phoenix, upped Phoenix then you do not get a card.

As stated below, this happened.

(1) upped, (2)unupped, (3)upped
or
(1)unupped, (2) upped, (3) unupped.

that way you have three  the same pictures, tho you probably missed the white triangle on the bottom of the card (which means its upped or not), so it weren't the same cards,

I haven't gotten a single card since posting this, so I can't even verify whether it was variable upped and unupped situation or not.

so if you get 3 of the same icons once more, make a screenshot, and just post it here, that way the community can (un)confirm the situation, and will help you.
