I didn't get the trident I won in the slots. :'(
This is the second time it's happened.
The first time I thought maybe I miscounted my inventory, but it happened again today. :o

Were you playing against AI5? You may have spun 2 upgraded Tridents and one unupgraded Trident, or 2 unupgraded Tridents and one upgraded Trident -- check to see if they all have (or don't have) the "upgraded card" symbol on the bottom left.
Was there a flashing red button that said "disconnected"? If you aren't connected to the servers, your data won't be saved.
Did you have more than one instance of Elements (of your account) open at once? That could cause disconnects and/or saving issues.

The first time I don't remember, the second time I checked everything.
The card just wasn't there. It was all regular Tridents.
It's no big deal, I got more it's just annoying.
I'll watch out for disconnects didn't know about that.
