I'm fairly sure this isn't some sort of Halloween prank..
Also, it's odd that I haven't seen any topics around the forum about this already.
This is what shows up when I go to the elements game page. What's going on!?

Great, another thread concerning the same issue. And it's no prank, right. Oh, and it's only some visual change. This dude hacked Windows' IIS server

Oops, didn't check that section. Also, the game isn't working for me on that site. The loading bar reaches 100%, then nothing happens. It just sits there. Forever. :|
