Arena - Some decks have more than 65 cards? https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=28158.msg359568#msg359568

I don't know if 65 is even supposed to be possible, but I'm assuming at least 63 is since it appears as though 2/5 of the cards you have to use are upgraded, and having 63 would mean 60 upgraded cards (unless the limit is 57, but I digress). I saw a deck with 84 cards. That doesn't sound normal to me. I believe the name was doc_holiday_44, it was in Silver, and Soul Catcher (I believe is the name) was their card icon thingy.

when you double the draw rate it doubles the deck size

Oh, haha cool, didn't know that. Wouldn't that make doubling the draw rate a bad thing then? (Same reason you use 30 cards instead of 60 in the first place, eh?)

No. With double draw, the difference in consistent drawing is negligible. You also get twice the amount of resources for no real drawback, as long as your quanta balance is good. x2 draw and deck is by far the most powerful thing to invest skill points in, which is why it's the most expensive.

At low levels, however, you may be better off investing in x2 mark and more HP, depending on the decks. On my alt, my FFQ deck benefited a LOT from x2 Life mark and more HP since it allowed me to skip Air pends and even squeeze in an Owl's Eye. It actually had a good record in Silver League.

Similarly, I spun Firefly on that account today and put in Damselflies, SoG's and RoL's. As such, it was better for me to spend points on x2 Air mark and lots of upgrades.
