this day after reconect me i can play oracle a second time(and win an other thing , thats not but don't loose the result of my first visit.(nothing important win)

I believe the day resets at 0800 GMT.  So you could access the Oracle at 0758 and then again a few minutes later.

The oracle resets at 8:00 GMT , Summertime. For me, it´s 9:00 MESZ (Middle European Summer Time), or 8:00 MEZ, cause the clock of the oracle doesn´t know summer or wintertime. That´s an european invention.

To make it perfectly clear about the time. The Oracle resets at 07.00 GMT
gmt 0700 is equal to

New York 03:00 
Paris 09:00
Tokyo 16:00
