This has happened to me at least thrice now, and I've been waiting for it to happen more before I post it. Cremating a Minor Phoenix very rarely results in it not being able to Rebirth the next turn as if it was killed by CC. I have no clue on how to recreate this, as all incidents have been isolated and do not share scenarios in any way.

I've seen this happen if you end your turn too quickly after cremating the Phoenix.  It's as if the opponent killed the Phoenix so you have to wait the extra turn.  This also sometimes results in the Phoenix being resurrected as the un-upped version.

Hm, I didn't end it quickly this last time. I know of the upped -> unupped bug though.
