Arctic Octopus' congeal ability shows up as creature frozen on my screen, but opponent able to use the frozen creatures abilities still (not sure if creature shows as frozen on their screen) in PVP. No direct damage against me from frozen creature, but frozen Otyugh's eating my Calamari
. Have also seen blaze, vampire and growth abilities still working when creatures frozen.
