The AI cast a Shard of Readiness on its steam machine.  Logically, it didn't cost anything to use its ability that turn.  Astonishingly, it didn't cost anything to use the ability next turn either.  I was watching the card closely, and I knew it didn't play another SoR.  I imagine it wouldn't have cost anything the turn after that, but, alas, my corpse couldn't see very well.

     Is this a bug?  Is it intentional?

it's supposed to be free until someone wins or the creature dies.
