Often happens due to bad or slow connection or something of the sort; it's when the save function isn't working, usually when it fails and blinks red between "Disconnected" and "NOT Saved", sometimes when it blinks red for an instant with "Re-trying". I used to have a bad connection long ago, so it happened a decent bit when the connection would act up. Now that I got a better connection, it hasn't happened in a good while.
