Intended. No breaking SoSa with singularities, as neat as that'd be (if you don't kill your opponent after their SoSa runs out, they can just not SoSa, so it has counterplay)
The larger issue is if one uses Singularity while using SoSa on themselves. Singularities sometimes antimatter themselves in this case
edit Tested in PvP duel with anti, singularities were created for both of us & they did not antimatter themselves vs SoSa
