Lost Electrum/Rating from a hack

I just played an Entropy deck with a Darkness mark - Classic Lycanthropy - And second turn to last, I steal the guy's shield for the win. Synchronization error appears - He heals back to full health and plays a dissipation shield with immaterial.

Feel free to PM any suspicions to me. This is a normal desynch bug occurrence. When they happen, you'll see random cards disappearing and appearing, and sometimes health going up and down. To reduce the chance of you causing one, don't tab away from the game or put it in its own browser window. Unfortunately other people still will.

Are you serious? Don't accuse people of hacking? What are we supposed to do? Just let it happen?
In my opinion, there should be an instant ban if there is provided proof of a hack. Hackers ruin this game.
Are you too inept to stop hacking?

Additionally, the game immediately following the one in original post - another sync error, and i asked the guy, and he said he was hacking.
I have pictures of that game as well. 4 darkness dragons out by turn 4 - One out by turn 2.
Is he exempt as well?

If there is a desynch error just before , card appearing and dissapearing is probably just a bug , not hack.

What Pineapple said was not to accuse people in public. That's why I offered the option to PM screenshots to me.

Hackers get automatically banned, though it's not instant. Some slip through the filter very rarely, in which case you simply give me proof. Can't ban without proof, and if it just looks like a desynch bug I'd need more reports than just one to make the call. Makes sense, no?

He was probably just trolling you. No hacker would spend the time to make it look like a desync error and then admit to the crime. Plus, hacking the game is pretty difficult, as we have a working auto-ban system in place. Although what you described sounds like a classic case of desync, if you're really that irked about it feel free to PM those screenies to Higs.

But more on topic, I don't think we have anything for in-game harassment-by-messaging. Do you think we need it?

Only difference is I deal with non-Arena issues. And no, this is a desynch bug, so it's in its rightful place.
